SGAE members arrested for diverting funds

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SGAE, Teddy Bautista, and eight people have been arrested by the Guardia Civil in the so-called 'Operation Saga' for the alleged misappropriation of funds in the General Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE).

Congress finally approved the law Sinde

The plenary of the House of Representatives has finally approved the additional provision of the Sustainable Economy Act known as 'Sinde Law' to fight illegal downloads internet content.
